Meetings
The GFRN holds regular online collaboration and coordination meetings where representatives from member RNs share and discuss news, developments, and opportunities to work together. These meetings take place at least every two months. In addition, the GFRN organises in-person meetings as opportunities arise, aiming for at least one per year.
Working Groups
The GFRN General Assembly sets up working groups for specific topics. Participation is open to persons who are not from GFRN members. (If you are interested in contributing, please contact us.)
Active Working Groups:
- Sustainability Working Group — Developing governance structures, terms of reference, and sustainable operating models for the GFRN. Members include representatives from UKRN, Netherlands RN, African RN, French RN, Ukrainian RN, Brazilian RN, SwissRN, Italian RN, and German RN.
- TRUSTparency — Supporting transparency, research quality, and reproducibility standards across member networks.
Events
The GFRN maintains a calendar of events organised by member RNs, including workshops, lectures, training sessions, and conferences. This serves as a multiplier for the activities of individual networks.
